Bio: As a project manager for Patrick A. Finn, Ltd, Greg brings a wealth of management and construction experience to the company. He worked in his family’s lumberyard as a youth. After graduation, Greg spent several year in management outside of the construction field, and later, found his way back to the industry, working for a kitchen and bath designer in Naperville before coming to Patrick A. Finn, Ltd.

JoAnna Landers, Senior Designer
Bio: JoAnna Landers graduated from Judson University with a BA in Architectural Studies in 2008 and with a Masters of Architecture in May of 2010. She has been working for Patrick A. Finn, Ltd as a Senior Designer since January 2010. JoAnna works with our clients to determine their ideas for the project and then translates into reality using 3-D models and architectural floor plans.

Bio: Monika Ross graduated from Harrington College of Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design in August of 2001. Since 2002, Monika has been working on various commercial and residential projects. Her expertise lies in her ability to establish and develop creative design and color concepts. As one of our Senior Designers, Monika works with our clients to transform their dream vision into a reality using her keen eye for colors and textures along with her knowledge of architecture styles and trends.
JoLee Schwarz, Office Manager
Bio: JoLee Schwarz joined Patrick A. Finn, Ltd. in the fall of 2102 as the Office Manager. She is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the company as well as the “phone voice” for our clients. JoLee’s career began in telecommunications business management before transitioning over to the construction industry in 2006.
