Our in house designer helps you to visualize your project before it is built. We use a 3D digital modeling program and hand drawn renderings to assist you to see the design of your space. As part of the process we also provide space planning to ensure that all your spaces function just as you desire. Our designer accompanies you in visiting our preferred vendors and assists in coordinating material selections on design boards. This process helps to condense the construction process and relieve stress for our clients.

At Patrick A. Finn, Ltd. we offer design build services, taking your project from the initial concept of your home, to a finished design, to assisting in obtaining final plans and permits, through final construction. We assist in coordinating the materials for your home and even assist in laying out the furniture for your new space, so that your new or renovated home is complete and fulfills your expectations.
