Design Rendering: Universal Design Master Suite Addition

This universal design master suite addition was created for an older couple in the area. They needed their home to be more accessible to them. The addition was designed with wider hallways, a bathroom equipped with handrails and a zero threshold shower. Each element helps to accommodate some of the needs the homeowners had now and may have in the future. The layout of the addition has the bathroom in the hallway and the bedroom as a separate room.  As a result, future reseal may be easier because the addition can be used as an additional living area, den or bedroom.
