This Cape Cod style home needed more space to fit the homeowner’s lifestyle. They fell in love with the good bones of the home, but called us to help personalize not only the physical space but the design of the home as well. To add more space, we put on both a rear addition and second story addition. This made a vast improvement to the footprint of the home. The cedar shake siding, arched window and corbels added to the character of the home.
