When a young family returned to Arlington Heights to be closer to loved ones, they found the perfect corner lot ranch in a great school district. While the location was ideal, the home itself was dark, closed off, and outdated.
Cramped rooms, a disconnected floor plan, and limited natural light did not reflect the bright, open home they envisioned. They partnered with Patrick A. Finn to completely reimagine the home inside and out.
The homeowners’ goals included:
