Barrington, IL
This home has the perfect serene location and needed a kitchen to match this working family. The original kitchen was from the 70s and lacked storage for modern-day needs.
The homeowners were in desperate need of both more countertop space and cabinetry, as well as organizational tools. Not only that, but they knew they wanted to incorporate an island into the space and open it up to the dining room to better fit their lifestyles. They craved an aesthetic that felt personal yet timeless.
After much consideration in the design phase, they decided on two-toned kitchen with cabinets in the colors of Revere Pewter and Hale Navy.
To give the space a casual sophistication, they chose to do a marble countertop and marble mosaic backsplash.
