Arlington Heights Historical Renovation

These homeowners were young and found a great Craftsman style home in Arlington Heights. The home needed some restoration to bring it back to life. It was essential to the homeowners that their home maintained it’s original and charming feel. In this project we refinished existing flooring while seamlessly blending it into the old flooring. We also refinished the salvageable trim work and matched all new woodwork to the existing. The original floor plan was a bit closed off, so we also gave the space a more open floor plan.
