This beautiful kitchen was part of a larger first-floor renovation for an Arlington Heights family with two young kids and a passion for cooking and entertaining. Their original kitchen felt cramped and disconnected, making everyday tasks and hosting guests more challenging than they should be.
To bring their vision to life, we reimagined the kitchen from the ground up. Walls were removed, the powder room was relocated, and the layout was expanded—all without bulky beams, thanks to the home’s existing truss system.
Custom cabinetry and new flooring tied the space together, creating a warm, functional kitchen built to keep up with this busy family's lifestyle.
A Functional Showpiece of the Kitchen
At the center of it all is a stunning single-slab Cambria quartz island, featuring pop-up outlets for clutter-free charging, a prep sink, and a second dishwasher—ideal for large gathering cleanup.
