“I may have told you this but we love our new kitchen. Stacey and I love to cook and entertain which is why our kitchen remodel was very important to us. We spent the better part of two years deciding how to update and make it more functional. We did all the right stuff. We went to a number of home shows, visited countless home centers and interviewed a number of contractors. While we were about ready to sign on the dotted line we still were not sold on what we were about to do. So we agreed to make one last call before making a decision…that call was to Patrick A. Finn Ltd., a builder I had known about and heard good things about but was not sure if you would take on a small job like our kitchen. In hindsight I try not to think about how much time I could have saved if I had only called you sooner.
Meeting you and your designer Lauren opened a whole new world. Within 5 short days you listened to our wants and desires and came back to us with a comprehensive plan that we fell in love with. Throughout the project every one of your employees was a pleasure to work with. We always felt they had our best interest at heart and in those limited instances where you brought in a sub there was never any doubt that they were expected to perform at the same high level you demand. The quality of the workmanship and materials was excellent.
One of the things that meant so much to me is that I never felt we were being nickeled and dimed to death. Our agreement clearly stated a price and material allowances. Every remodel has surprises and I really appreciated the fact that you did what was right in dealing with them. You even worked with my electrician, a good friend. I suspect he slowed your guys up a little but that meant a lot to me.
