Patrick Finn did a very thorough job remodeling our kitchen, basement and full bathroom. He evaluated each of our current rooms to the studs to be sure that there would be no structural surprises. He talked with us from the very start to understand our everyday routines and our future needs. Patrick listened to our requests and established a plan that could accomplish our hopes within our budget. Patrick's work was excellent and absolute quality. The cabinetry is beautiful and we are enjoying our remodeling immensely!

From start to finish, our project was treated as if it were Patrick Finn's own home. Our kitchen remodel was taken on by Patrick along with Salute, Inc. and Ringwood Cabinetry to create an environment which would allow our injured Marine Veteran to join in family activites. The team at Patrick A.Finn LTD did a terrific job beginning to end. They enlarged our kitchen, added a dining room space, and added a basement room that we use as a fourth bedroom. The final result is functional and absolutely beautiful. While the final project went over our original budget a bit, it was due to some of our own design choices that we did not want to compromise on, and we are very pleased with the result. The craftsmanship of the work done was outstanding, and we love the new spaces in our home.

Patrick A. Finn, LTD is a highly professional and knowledgeable home remodeling/new home building company that can handle any project in and around your home.  Patrick, his interior designer that helped design our kitchen and the other interior updates, office staff and their highly skilled carpenters worked really well with us during our project that included a complete kitchen demo and remodel, custom Pella kitchen bay window including custom exterior doors, all new interior doors, trim, sanding/staining all our oak floors throughout, interior paint and bathroom remodel.  Each day we would get in person progress reports from the job foreman and he would answer all of our questions immediately and to our complete satisfaction. We knew from day one the crew placed a high emphasis on attention to detail and by doing every phase of this project right the first time. Once the project was completed, we felt like we moved into a new home without ever moving. My wife and I highly recommend Patrick and his company for any project you have for your existing home or a new home build.

Patrick Finn remodeled our kitchen between February and June of 2022. His team was prompt, courteous and attentive to our needs. We started the process of working with Patrick’s team on the design in August 2021.  Because we were taking our old kitchen down to its bones and reconfiguring walls and layout, the process took a while as his team was making sure every detail of the design and infrastructure to support it was thought through and resolved before work began. His designer did a fabulous job translating our ideas into reality.  Patrick’s team made this process very easy.

We selected Patrick A. Finn to do our basement remodeling project a few years ago and most recently used them to do some home repairs. Regardless of the job size, they handle each job very professionally. Our basement remodel turned out fabulous. We get compliments from everyone on how well it turned out. Patrick has a great design team that helped us select everything. Further the owner, Patrick, was there every step of the way to ensure things were done just right. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We have used Patrick, his crew and family for many projects including an upstairs master bedroom addition, kitchen remodel with removal of a wall and window and large slider installations. They are trustworthy, reliable and do excellent work! They show up at the agreed upon times and meticulously clean up at the end of the day.
